App Submission service

Service terms

Plain-language terms for the done-for-you App Submission service (the Into Review and Into Review + Rejection Response tiers). By purchasing, you agree to these. They cover only this service — custom app builds have their own agreement.

1. What you’re buying

A done-for-you submission of your finished app to one store’s review queue — the App Store or Google Play, one store per purchase. We handle the listing, metadata, screenshots to spec, privacy answers, in-app-purchase wiring, and the intake/upload errors, and we get your app into the store’s review. That part we control. We do not guarantee approval — whether the store approves your app is the store’s decision, based on your app, and is outside our control.

2. What you provide

For us to submit, you give us: a finished, working app; access to your own store developer account (by invite or API key — no passwords change hands); your listing content and assets; and anything the store requires from you as the app’s owner. We submit your app under this service — we don’t build it or fix its code (see §5).

3. Your app is yours

You keep full ownership of your app and your store accounts throughout. You’re responsible for your app itself — its content, legality, privacy policy, disclosures, and that you hold the rights to everything in it. You confirm you’re authorized to have it submitted.

4. The two tiers

Into Review ($199) — the end-to-end submission until your app is in the store’s review queue, including every intake/upload error fixed and resubmitted until the store accepts the build.

Into Review + Rejection Response ($349) — everything in Into Review, plus, if the store pushes back on guideline or metadata grounds after acceptance, up to two fix-and-resubmit rounds where we handle the back-and-forth with the reviewer. Neither tier guarantees approval.

5. What’s not included

If review turns up a real problem in the app — a crash, a guideline issue needing code changes, a missing feature — that’s bespoke work, not part of this flat fee. We’ll take a look and quote it separately. Store developer-account fees, and building or maintaining the app, are also not included.

6. Timing

We start promptly once you’ve given us access and what we need. Store review times are set by Apple and Google, not us, and can vary; getting your app into review is what we control and what we deliver.

7. Refunds

Because this is done-for-you work, the fee is non-refundable once we begin working on your submission. If, before we begin, we find we can’t proceed — for example, your app isn’t actually ready to submit — we’ll refund you in full. If you’re unsure whether your app is ready, talk to us first before you buy.

8. The basics
